Important dates

Deadline to apply for exhibitor visas:

The “Visa Application Form” must be filled out completely and correctly, and sent back to the organizers no later than April 3, 2024. Applications that are incomplete or late to the mentioned date will not be accepted or continued.

Dates for building and dismantling the stands:

Receipt of space / build stands:

Day 1 ( May 11, 2024 )

Day 2 ( May 12, 2024 )

Handing over space / dismantling stands:

Removal of the stands will start from 10:00 PM on the last day of the exhibition May 15, 2024 until 06:00 PM on the following day, May 16, 2024.

The date of receiving the exhibitor badges:

Starting at 05 p.m on May 12, 2024, exhibitor badges and exhibition directory will be collected through the Exhibitor Desk located at the entrance of the exhibition.

The opening date of the exhibition and the entry of exhibitors:

The exhibition will open at 4:00 pm on May 13, 2024 ( MEP will open from 03:00 in the sceond and third day) , and exhibitors will be able to enter their stands from 2:00 pm.
